Shipping is horrible & Boots Look Different
The boots look different from the picture on the website. Shipping and delivery took 2 weeks.
Won’t order again
I ordered my shoes on 1/17 and paid extra for expedited shipping and have yet to receive my shoes. The package is showing in Ohio pending a clearance event, I reached out to customer service and was told it’s out of their control. If you are in the US reconsider your order. This was my first and last time ordering with envy.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Placed my order on 23rd December 2022 today is the 25th January 2023 over a month and still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer services and their resolution or lack there of was absolutely shocking I was advised to wait 28 days to see if the courier manages to find the item which the courier confirmed they lost instead of rightfully offering a refund or replacement and managing the courier company with regards to the claim after doing so as most companies do they instead make this the customers problem, from the reviews I have read I am not the only one who has had issues like this, I also paid for next day delivery and was not refunded for this even though this was a service I clearly did not receive. Daylight robbery in my opinion. Won’t be ordering again and I do NOT recommend.

Bought some shoes & Paid for next day…
Bought some shoes & Paid for next day delivery which obviously I should of received the next day, Nope 8 days later they arrived. So I asked for a refund for the postage i paid for "Next day delivery" And they refused and blamed the strikes on Royal mail and the weather. To my knowledge evri is not on strike who was the courier, so that's the first lie and when I ordered the shoes, it was bone dry. AVOID This company & spend your money some were else!
Lovely shoes but poor sizing
Delivery was quick and shoes are lovely but sizing is completely wrong, I’m usually a size 6 but ordered a 7 as I read some reviews. Even the size 7 does fit me! Such a shame.
AVOID
Their sizing is not correct. I'm a size 6 in every brand but I got a size 6 in their heels and they were huge. Not good quality shoes either. They aren't helpful with exchanges or refunds at all.
Returns
Ordered some shoes trying to send them back, the Royal Mail link doesn’t work and you say it’s going to be fixed within 24/48 hours but that’s already passed, your website doesn’t even exist on the Royal mails list to return, emailed multiple times and had one reply which wasn’t helpful just wanting a returns label asap as I need my money back! Starting to sound like a scam
2/3 pairs of shoes were faulty.
2/3 pairs of shoes were poor quality, overspill of glue on both pairs and marks on 1 of those two pairs. Customer services are lacking any proactive problem resolution, asked for an exchange and received a refund as they are 'out of stock' even though I could order the same pair through the website and they are in stock. One pair were actually good quality but the others really disappointing.

Not good
Wasn't happy with the quality of the shoes I ordered, stones were missing from the heel and there was scuffs on the perspex. I emailed to say I wanted to return the shoes and felt it was unfair to have to pay £3 return considering the quality was not good and shoes were damaged and I was told I would not have to pay the £3 for the return. I have now received my refund and I have been charged.
Disgusted at returns policy
Disgusted at returns policy . Daughter tried shows on wooden floor in prom shop !! Sent them back as was about to order bigger pair for comfort only to be told was unable to have a return as shoes looked liked they were worn .. seriously could see they had not been worn. Then I had to arrange to have the shoes returned back to me ..
wouldn't recommend this company at all .

I ordered my shoes for a specific day…
I ordered my shoes for a specific day to go out for an important event and it had go t lost in transit. I have to wait 28 days for an investigation and to get a refund. I know this is dpd fault but I've ordered from here before and this has never happened. I would prefer to get my refund asap so I could re order my shoes now I have to wait and order from elsewhere.
Really disappointed with the shoes
Really disappointed with the shoes, felt like plastic. They were ridiculously high, I am used to wearing high shoes and have a very high instep. But these shoes were so high my foot was completely vertical and only my toes are touching the floor! My back and feet hurt after only a couple of minutes walking in the bedroom! So disappointed as these were ordered for my birthday and a special celebration dinner.

Quick and easy delivery
Quick and easy delivery. Shoes were very gorgeous and most comfortable to walk in that I’ve ever had , however I ordered see through plastic ones at the front and after a few hours of wearing them, then dug into my toes and bled and left me with nasty scabs. In general comfortable wear but just the type of shoe it was

Boots
Was my first time purchasing from them. The boots were amazing but unfortunately it was way too big for my feet and of course they don’t have any affordable way to send the boots back so now I’m stuck with boots I cannot wear/ enjoy. Rather disappointed. I want to purchase from them again but I’m hesitant that I’ll end up in the same situation
